We upgraded the GLEAMviz Simulator server infrastructure! The backend system is now running on a new platform.

The numerical engine has been improved: a new procedure was implemented to simulate the commuting and the epidemic dynamics with much greater accuracy.
This feature has an impact on simulation times.
